EyeLoveLu is a sustainable fashion brand dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind, handmade slow fashion pieces. Founded by Lulu Mayfield—formerly a professional fashion stylist in China before moving to France—the brand champions a “ZERO WASTE, ZERO POLLUTION” philosophy. Through upcycling second-hand clothing, fabrics, and materials, we transform what already exists into wearable works of art. Our mission is to inspire conscious consumption, reduce environmental impact, and celebrate creativity while making a positive difference for both people and the planet.
How It All Began
EyeLoveLu began as a personal journey. Two years ago, Lulu Mayfield taught herself to sew, driven by frustration at the waste and pollution of the fashion industry. She started the EyeLoveLu Upcycling Project with a simple mission: create beautiful, meaningful fashion using what already exists, rather than buying bulk new fabrics.
What began as small creations—coin purses and wallets—quickly grew into a bigger vision. Lulu dreamed of a brand that could marry creativity with responsibility, design with sustainability. Last year, she discovered the magic of reversible hats, turning them into the signature pieces of EyeLoveLu: unique, handmade, and full of personality.
Every stitch tells a story of conscious choice, every upcycled material carries a second life. EyeLoveLu is more than a brand—it’s a movement toward slow fashion, zero waste, and mindful creativity. It’s a reminder that style and sustainability can coexist, and that one person’s passion can ripple out to make a positive difference for the planet.
What We Make
At present, we specialised in a range of hats such as reversible bucket hats, rain hats, and sun hats. We exclusively use seond-hand clothing, fabrics and materials, transforming them into distinct one-of-a-kind stylish headwear that reflects creativity and sustainability. We also provide a custom-made option, enabling you to personalize your hat with your preferred fabric and embroidery design.
